Tess Buhmann

Spending her formative years in a Gold Mining & 

Earthmoving Family, Tess knows all too well the 

lifestyle and challenges people endure when living 

and working in the remote of Far North Qld. After 

finishing her senior year, She worked retail and 

aged care until sourced by the Cooktown Westpac Bank to begin a 

career in banking. Leaving the industry over a decade later to help her 

husband in his family butchery and start her own Photography business.

In her 20 plus years in business, Tess has diversified her skills and 

talents and is often involved  within in her community, organising 

events, dances & balls, and being on various committees.

She is also a qualified personal trainer and enjoys running fitness 

classes in her spare time. Tess believes a company is not just a 

business but a whole community, the staff, the team, their families, 

working together for the betterment of their lives and where they live.
